Relationship therapy focuses on providing tangible tools for resolving issues that have grown beyond what the partners feel they can handle. My approach focuses on supporting clients in building or restoring trust, cultivating more effective communication strategies, resolving frustrations, developing new ways to disagree with one another without causing relational damage, exploring attachment needs, understanding one another’s family of origin dynamics, and ultimately building a strong foundation of deep emotional connection and shared meaning.
In my collaboration with relationship therapy clients, I provide a non-judgmental atmosphere that prioritizes growth and connection as the main benefit of our time together. My focus is on promoting the well-being and happiness of both partners, not on assigning blame or determining who is right and who is wrong.

Family therapy is a format of systemic therapy that acknowledges and values the diversity of families — and aims to create a safe and nurturing space for all family members. Whether you are navigating co-parenting challenges, wanting to build healthier communication within your family, or repairing relationships between a parent or adult sibling, I am honored to join with you and your family to support you in growth and development of new patterns for interacting with one another.

Mental health is an integral component of overall health and well-being, yet many people face barriers to accessing affordable, quality mental healthcare with a clinician who is a helpful fit for their personal needs. I believe that access to mental healthcare is vital in order to connect with one’s fullest potential and find our paths towards meaning making in our lives.
In order to contribute to a more equitable system of obtaining mental health care, I offer reduced-fee opportunities to those who are experiencing financial hardships and/or have experienced inequity of resources due to systemic marginalization and oppression. I welcome individuals, relationships, and families who would like to connect with me for mental health therapy services at a reduced rate/fee in order to prevent mental health care from creating additional financial hardship.
